CEO and Co-Founder

Martin has 30 years of experience in energy markets. He held senior management positions in commodity trading houses and an investment bank in London and Switzerland. Martin has a strong background in deal-making and trading around renewable energy.

Derek Usher

COO and Co-Founder

Derek has 40 years of experience mostly across major financial services firms, leading IT and Operations functions. Over the past 10 years he had C-suite roles in 2 PE owned businesses that achieved successful exits and supported several start ups.

Advisory Board

John Stuart

John has over 20 years experience in renewables having made Macquarie Bank’s first onshore wind investment in 2004. As head of portfolio management he played a major role in the privatisation of the UK’s Green Investment Bank, and most recently lead DRI to become a significant renewable developer and operator in Eastern Europe.
